Founded in 2017, Terratinta Group today brings together 5 made in Italy ceramic brands: Terratinta Ceramiche, Ceramica Magica, Sartoria Design, Atmosfere and Micro. It exports to over 50 countries around the world, supplying a high-end Italian porcelain stoneware product, and is one of the very first Italian brands to have invested in a group e-commerce in the ceramic world.
VENTISETTE Digital was chosen for the development and grounding of its Social Media Content Strategy and Social Media Adv Strategy in a new Group perspective. Terratinta Group asked the Agency for advice in 3 steps:
- realization of a qualitative/quantitative analysis of the Client’s business and of the target sought on the areas of greatest interest;
- Planning of a Social Content Strategy, based on the analysis carried out, which has established a new Group dialogue with the qualified target, through the creation of an editorial plan of ad hoc contents for social networks;
- increase in the recognition and impact of the strategy developed through the development of a Social Adv Strategy which included adv campaigns on social media, sponsored and in support of the contents created.

We created for Terratinta Group a Tone of Voice characterized by a subtilemix of emotional, yet experienced and “real” atmosphere, using a clear yet engaging tone that addresses customers’ needs by proposing solutions. Tone of voice that was declined on every step of the social media strategy, both content creation and adv.
In order to strengthen and expand Terratinta Group’s brand identity, which is composed of the Group image and the sum of the coordinated brand images, we created a new modular coordinated image that adapts dynamically according to the brand we are communicating on the medium on which it is declined.
Social Media Strategy
Starting with the Client’s objectives and the analysis performed, we structured a multichannel strategy that would make Terratinta Group present and recognizable on social networks most responsive to the market and desired positioning.
In order to maximize results, we therefore chose to invest in Terrtinta Group’s presence on Instagram and Facebook, i.e., the two main target references.
