The marketing of a product, regardless of the market, is a complex process with significant technical issues at every stage of the order cycle. Having an information collector and a meeting point with the sales network or with the customer care network, especially if they are global networks, is of strategic importance.
Infinity Surfaces relied on Ventisette Digital to implement an e-learning platform to be made available to the sales force, an effective, fast and direct work tool for training.
Platform features
CUSTOM UX/UI
The platform was designed and built on the specifics of Infinity. Online there is a lot of software dedicated to training, tools that are therefore not specific to the customer and consequently not designed for one’s internal organization.
RICH MEDIA
The training content can be delivered in multiple formats, such as a normal video on YouTube, or a multi-page PDF or a PowerPoint presentation.
GAMIFICATION
The user who has completed the training and achieved the objectives will get a personalized recognition. You can then download a certificate with your name to print and display in your office.
SCALABLE AND FLEXIBLE
Our e-learning platforms adapt to any type of organizational chart, to any type of organization, thanks to the possibility of creating training teams and sub-teams, personalized paths and different types of Administrators.
LIVE STREAMING
For corporate events and presentations, the platform can host live streaming by integrating the best video sharing platforms.
ANALYTICS + SURVEY
Google analytics allows us to have real-time statistics on the use of the platform, and on the effectiveness of navigation paths, so as to be able to make targeted updates during use.
SIMPLE BACKEND
The advantage of using an open source platform like WordPress is that of having a product that is always up to date and frees the customer from development constraints given by a proprietary platform.
MOBILE
Like all sites developed by Ventisette, our e-learning platforms are also 100% responsive, giving users the opportunity to follow training from wherever they are.
MULTILINGUAL
In integrating languages there are no limits, we can also add different alphabets to the same platform such as Russian, Arabic and Chinese.
